ImageJ does not open with macOS Catalina

After the new update of MAC OS Catalina, ImageJ does not open like other
old software. Has anyone found a solution ?

Hi Pierre,

You have to go to Security and Privacy General tab system preferences and
press the open anyway button.
Then confirm again in the warning dialog that will popup when you try again.
