To the listserve:
I have a beginner's question:
Is anyone using ImageJ to analyze digital photographs of biological tissue? For example, I am interested in outlining and measuring irregular areas of epithelium that show varying degrees of reds, pinks, and beiges, as seen in digital photographs taken with a 35mm camera. Does anyone know if ImageJ could be useful for selecting out different ranges of reds/pinks/beiges, and measuring those surface areas?
Thank you in advance,
