ImageJ - lineage tree

Stoyana Alexandrova
Dear users/developers,

I am a PhD student in developmental biology, getting acquainted with ImageJ for data processing and analysis.

Does anybody know if there is a plugin for ImageJ to create a lineage tree for a cell tracking algorithm?

I am tracking nuclear cell divisions of a mouse embryo developing through time, starting from 2 cells to about 64 cells.
I would like to visualize the tracked divisions via a lineage tree.

Thanks a lot,
Stoyana

there is in Endrov: http://www.endrov.net

it was made for lineaging. that said, our algorithms are underdeveloped
since our microscope does not generate good enough pictures. but the manual
annotation is top notch. you can use algorithms from others (eg acetree) to
do it automatically, import it and do the manual fixing
