ImageJ measures when I don't tell it to?

JDing
I have a macro where I run "analyze particles" on an image called Duplicate-2 to add ROIs to the ROI manager, not to measure. My results table is consistent with this: measurements for duplicate-2 are not present on the results table. However, the number label skip a number each time. It looks like this:

But when I save the results as an excel file, it looks like this:

As you can see, all measurements are duplicated. "Duplicate-2" should not be on the table, since I never wanted to measure it, only to use "analyze particles" on it to add to the ROI manager.

Does anyone know why ImageJ would measure Duplicate-2, even though I never told ImageJ to measure it? And why do the measurements for Duplicate-2 show up on my excel file, but not on the results table in ImageJ?

Thanks
