Dear Listers,
The Harvard NeuroDiscovery Center Optical Imaging Core is providing a two-part mini course on ImageJ to help our users and researchers in the greater Boston area take advantage of this great resource. Part I of the mini course focuses on basic functions of ImageJ and the application of ImageJ in routine image analysis projects. Part II of the course covers basic macro programming language for batch processing large data sets. The lab sessions are designed to provide a hands-on experience for students to practice the functions and skills learned in the lectures. Two identical lab sessions are scheduled for both Part I and Part II.
