I am new to ImageJ. My projects focus on proximity ligation assay to detect the proteins. Usually, after the experiments, there are a lot of spots not only in the nucleus but also in the cytoplasm. I usually stain the cell with DAPI as well as FITC dye. So in order to do the quantitative analysis I should first set apart the cell from each other. Does any Image plugin can automately estimate the cytoplasm size? Thanks a lot for you guys' kind help.
