Dear all,
I am a PostDoc in an electron microscopy (EM) lab, and we need to analyze EM
micrographs of DNA molecules on a regular basis.
Is there a plugin, or would anyone be interested in writing one, for ImageJ
that can trace the DNA molecules in an image, and analyze them returning
their lengths and conformations (e.g. linear, circular, branched, etc.)?
