Dear list,
As an extremely novice user of ImageJ I'm in need of some basic help! My ImageJ has decided to open 48bit TIFF images into three separate RGB images in a stack by default. They are not true RGB images either as they look identical. See below, [cid:image001.jpg@01CF1E7F.D4FDB3B0] The last time I used ImageJ with 48bit TIFF images (few months ago) they opened by default in the original format and then I could manually split the channels via the Color menu which resulted in true R, G and B images each of 16bit. Not sure what has changed? Any advice would be much appreciated! James Cymraeg:- Mae'r neges hon yn gyfrinachol. It is not possible to answer a question like this without seeing an example non-working image. What you should do is use a file sharing service like Dropbox to share one of your 48-bit TIFF images. -wayne -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |

What you should do is use a file sharing service like Dropbox to share one of your 48-bit TIFF images. Or use Fiji's Help>Upload Sample Image. Wayne, as always, I am more than happy to be of assistance! Ciao, Johannes -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
