The NeuroTechnology Studio (NTS) will host a virtual seminar “Introduction to Digital Image analysis with ImageJ”. This virtual seminar targets audiences who are new to FIJI ImageJ, a NIH-developed free software for digital image analysis. The topics covered will include: opening images of various format; saving images; image segmentation and measurement; cell counting.
This virtual seminar requires registration (registration information below), all participants will receive sample images to be used in the seminar for practice.
