Everytime I open any of my images, they always come up completely gray.
Then I have to open the Brightness Contrast setting to reset the histogram/look-up tables/levels of the image. I'm using Fiji, and I ran the updater this morning, but it is still doing it. It ends up requiring a fair amount of time to adjust that over hundreds of images I open. Can anyone point me to a potential fix? -Dan -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
Hi Dan,
can you potentially attach an example image, so we can try and see, what might be the problem. regards, Jan 2015-11-12 17:41 GMT+01:00 J. Dan,
Can you say a little more about these images? Are they RGB, 8 bit, 16 bit, etc. MIght they have been saved with a particular LUT? When you first bring them up, can you look at an image histogram to see what the pixel range is? Joel Joel B. If you open your images via the File > Import > Bio-Formats command, you can check the "Autoscale" box in the "Color options" of the Bio-Formats Import Options dialog box, and your images should always open autoscaled.
