Has anyone used ImageJ for semi-quantitative IHC analysis? If so, how do
you go about it? Thank you very much, Dr Gao. I happened to be interested in this
application too. Could you please give me some details about colordeconvolution? Is that a special plug-in? I didn't get it by clicking around. Hi, Zonggao.
I am sorry reply your message till now. This is the web site you want to down load your plugin. http://www.uhnresearch.ca/facilities/wcif/fdownload.html WCIF ImageJ bundle (~23Mb) I generally create a mark up image to eliminate the unwanted cells or tissues and then deconvoluted them. I would be very appreciative if someone could tell me the steps for evaluating H DAB staining by using "color deconvolution" plugin of ImageJ.
I need to calculate the percentage of the brown cells. I have already downloaded the program to my computer. 1. I opened the image and 2. separate the colors by using color deconvolution. However, I do not know the other steps. Thank you, Hbb |
