Import avi files from a folder that is being updated

Hi All,

I am trying to write a macro for image analysis using ImageJ. Here is my problem.
For my experiment, my videos are saved as separate files over the time of the experiment., e.g. 3 ten minute recorded video files for a total 30 minute experiment. But, I want to analyze the videos as they are saved ( without waiting for 30 minutes to analyze three videos). There is a reason for this.

In ImageJ batch processing is there a way to do this? Is there a way to import videos from a folder that is being updated( i.e. more files are being added while the video analysis is being done), analyze it and move on the next one till all files in that folder are analyzed.
