Import of Dicom from Remote Eye - LOSS OF QUALITY???

I have a problem with import of Dicom files to ImageJ.

Im looking at MRI-scans using Remote Eye. I have to do som volumen measurements in ImageJ, but when I save Dicom files on my local drive from Remote Eye and then load them in ImageJ, there is a loss of quality/resolution. The pixels become clearer when you zoom. The same zoom level gives better pictures of the same file in Remote Eye than in ImageJ. Its the same problem with JPG and PNG files.
I have tried to open the saved dicom files in Remote Eye again to see that its not at exporting problem, but there the quality is fine.
Anyone knows what wrong? Can it be that Remote Eye has a software that optimized the pictures?

I would really like to know cause im a bit stuck till i fix the problem!
