Hello,
I have been using an XCT 2000 research CT scanner, and use Image J to view
the images. The current voxel size I have been applying is 0.5, I would
like to decrease this voxel size to increase the quality of my images.
However, once I alter the voxel size (to 0.2) I am unable to open images
in Image J using the import raw function. I believe I need to alter the
image height, width and maybe the offest in the import raw window, but how
do I determine what parameters to enter? Currently with a voxel size of
0.5 I am able to open raw images with a width and height of 283 and a
offset of 1609.
any help in this matter would be much appreciated
