Hi users，
I am disposing of some CT images recently.One smaple is scanned using X-ray CT,and then the sample is rescanned after several hours in condition of freezing.
THere are some cracks in the sample after freezing, herein,I want to use stack of later to substract the former one to obtain cracks after in-situ recovery of 3D images wihch reconstructed.
However, how to make 3D images of two stacks coincide after reconstructed in same cordinate.
I will appreciate thet if you can help me.
