Intensity of circle paterns

Hi,

a ImageJ noob here.
To the point: I have to measure the intensity of white pixels on black background. The white pixels are in circle form. I need the intensity of the (white) pixels in the circumference of the circle ( I think this is called "radial intensity distribution"). Has someone understood what I mean...I know that this was already discussed in the mailing-list but I couldn't understand what I must exactly do.

I would be happy of any suggestions.

I need to  check relative intensity in the image. Is there any plugin to
do that.

try the Interactive 3D Surface Plot from the ImageJ Plugins page.
When looking for plugins, this page and imagejdocu.tudor.lu/ are the  
first ones to search...

Have you tried the Interactive 3D surface plot in the 3D submenu under the Plugins menu?
