Interactive 3D Surface Plot

I want to overlay one image on another using Interactive 3D  Surface Plot.
First, I use the plig-in "Interactive 3D  Surface Plot" for the first image
and then using the "Load Texture" in the plot window I overlay the second
image. The problem is that the second image covers the first one and I don't
know how to change the second image's opacity so that the first one becomes
visible. The outline of the first image is visible in the color of the
second one. The separate images and the overlay is shown below. Can someone
help me please.

A sample of one overlay done properly is shown below but I don't know how it
is done.
