Hi,
I am pretty new on ImageJ so I'm not really sure if what I want is even possible.
I'm working on a particle analysis problem and I need to process lots of images. I already have the macro that allows me to do this but I have some issues exporting the results. The fact is that not all the particles took in consideration by the programme are useful for me (basically, some particles overlap but have an area between the considerated values). Thus I'd like something like this:
Have the option, for every processed image, to select (by viewing the image and the masks that particle analysis took for instance) which rows of the results I want to save into an excel. That is, the possibility to select which considered particles are real single particles for me.
I know that I could do that manually on excel every time, but this would take me lots of time. (I'm processing ~600 images). So I'm looking for a fastest method if it does exist.
Thanks.
