Intesity of fluroscence in 2 channels together

I have an image (Fluroscent microscopy; picture of cells )which contains
merged red and green channels. I wan to measure the intensity of both
channels across a region of interest (for one cell, for example). Could you
kindly tell me how to go for it in Image J?
