Is Possible to use ImageJ as a microscope camera capture application?

megashock
Is it possible to use ImageJ to capture images from the microscope camera instead of the original camera software (CellB) ?
If i already have the camera driver installed on my labs microscope PC, is it possible to use ImageJ to see the live feed ?

Dear Megashock,

You should take a look at MicroManager:

http://www.micro-manager.org/
http://valelab.ucsf.edu/~nico/MMwiki/index.php/Device_Support

Not sure which particular camera and software you're using, but there are many devices currently supported.

All the best,

John Oreopoulos
