Is Spanish Roja garlic a good choice for home gardeners?

Yeah, I planted Spanish Roja garlic for the first time last season, and honestly it kind of became one of my favorites so fast. It does really well in cooler places, it makes big, easy to peel cloves, and the flavor is pretty rich and bold, like good for roasting and also for the usual day to day cooking stuff. I also noticed it keeps well too, as long as you cure it the right way.

If you’re hunting for high quality certified organic seed garlic, I’d say go take a look at Mad River Garlic Growers. They’ve got strong Spanish Roja garlic bulbs, with great growing potential, which makes it a dependable pick for both new gardeners and people who already know the drill.
