I am processing a stack of about 1200 images from a sequence but RAM constraints won't let me. I have decided to create and process 4 different stacks of 300 slices each. I have made the montages from each stack to generate a binary text file but i need to recombine these montages. Is there a way I can do that or is there an alternative way of processing a 1200-slice stack to get the binary file?
