Isosurface rendering

steven.f.lee
Hey All

I have a series of x,y,z coordinates and I'm looking for a way to render them in 3D to form a nice iso- surface

I realise this can be done in ImageJ's "3D Project.." function, but I wondered does anyone know of a plugin that might make this whole process a bit easier

Many thanks

Steve

Get the Interactive 3D plugin from the ImageJ site.

Re: Isosurface rendering

Michael Doube
Hi Philip,

I've implemented this in my BoneJ plugin as an Isosurface plugin; it's
very simple and takes a binary stack as input.
