Hi everyone,
I'm having problems with the Frac_Lac plugin in ImageJ.
I need to run some fractal dimensional analyses for lacunarity
measurements, I had this plugin working perfectly fine before on the same
computer too. My problem is when I hit save results for analysis after
using a block series, I get the error
The file path passed to IJ.save() method or save()
macro function is missing the required extension.
It still seems to save the csv files that I need to extract the information
I'm using, but if i do high iterations of the block series I have to
repeatedly hit Okay for every error (I do 50 iterations mnimally and you
can see why that adds up when doing 50+ images).
I tried a fresh install on a separate computer and the problem persists,
the same thing happens with Fiji, though the error is slightly different.
I'm not sure what's going on, an ImageJ update may have caused this perhaps?
if anyone has any information on this I would be very grateful!
