Item Extraction

Hi There,

 

We have an image which has within multiple items of interest, we want to
be able to isolate these item into images of their own.

 

Is there a function/plugin/macro for doing this within ImageJ. The
system needs to be fully automated so selecting each individual region
of interest manually is not suitable.
