JACoP cytofluorograms

Oliver Bannach
Hi all,

I'd like to compare different cytofluorograms (2D plots) generated by
the JACoP plugin. Can I manually fix the limits to a minimum value (0)
and a max value (7500) for both axes? By default these limits are
defined by the min and max intensities recorded from each image. Any
help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Cheers
Oliver

Hi Oliver,

There is no easy way to do so yet. However, you may export data from the
cytofluorogram to a spreadsheet and replot it...
