JACoP

Krs5
Hello everyone,

One of my users informed me that he has a problem with the Cytofluorogram in JACoP. Looking at the results I think that the Cytofluorogram is plotted with white dots on a white background instead of black dots. However, cannot find a setting in ImageJ to change this. Down grading ImageJ from v1.50a to 1.48v (not 1.49v) solves the problem. Any suggestions?

Kees

Re: JACoP

Olivier Burri
Hi,

We made a histogram based fluorogram using the data plotted by JaCoP

You can use it to view the fluorogram after JACoP is done processing.

Example found here...
