JaCoP or Coloc2 output

Hi there,

I'm working on colocalization.
My plan is to scan my images with several rounds of interrogation
windows to localize the regions with highest colocalization values.

For conveniance I will work with Pearsons coeficient. And for
calculation I would need to have the output in the form of a result
table...

By now I get it as a Log window for JaCoP or a kind of document for Coloc2.

I red a post about JaCop a,d Damon P said he has some modified version of JaCoP.

Has someone else some interesting implementation ?

Hi Fabrice,

The Coloc 2 plugin will output to the log as well as a new window (with an
option to save as PDF).
