This is part of a collaboration between the Universities of Birmingham and
Oxford to work on new ways of combating human dental caries.
The two posts below are based at Birmingham University new School of Dentistry

The project aims to:
* Build a tight correlation between conventional dental diagnostic techniques
and modern nano-scale multi-modal microscopy
* 3D imaging of healthy, diseased and treated tissues using advanced imaging
techniques
* Build 3D correlations between nano-structure and mechanical properties of
dental tissues
* Multi-physics chemo-mechanical modelling, data stewardship and therapeutic
methodology
Experience on hard tissue histology, imaging analysis/processing and microCT
are highly desirable.
