Kalman Stack Filter in FIJI

KLathrop
I've been using the Kalman Stack Filter very successfully on an older version of FIJI, but am not able to use it in the current version. There were two versions of that plugin, one that opens the image files as needed, another that acts on an open image stack, which is the one that is built into all my macros. Is anyone else having this problem?

I suspect that Fiji gave you additional (possibly very technical-looking)
information. Would you please share that with us?

Ciao,

Hi Kira,

thanks for responding, but I would like to encourage you to maintain open
communication, i.e. keep the mailing list informed.

Unfortunately, the attached .class file is not a good fix: it completely
hides the source code, which is all the more unfortunate since the
original was Open Source. Also, I still do not have any proper information
what went wrong. So I cannot use it or benefit from it in any way.

Thanks,
Johannes
