Kappa plugin, how to export all frames' data and image from Stack?

Satoru Sumitsuji
Dear everyone,

I have been using Kappa plugin with Fiji (ImageJ 1.52p) to analyze catheter
and wire motion (see attached image).  Because my study target is "Motion",
I use Stack data including 300-400 frames.

Now I succeeded to get fitting curve image and all point data with CSV
export, but it is only "Single Frame Data".

Can I get "All Frames' Data" using macro or other method???

I really appreciate anybody give me solution.

Thanks.

 Hi,
Have you tried my curvature plugin at http://www.optinav.info/Curvature.htm ?  It processes stacks. I do not know whether it would work for your application. You would need to segment the images before running the plugin.  You would also need to do some post processing to separate the results that relate to the left and right sides of the shape.

My curvature code at http://www.optinav.info/Curvature.htm can now analyze the centerlines of objects as well as the edges. Anyone who tries it will be the first user....
