Hi,
Please, can I get that macro for fast analysis of large amount of pictures,
if I can use it for multifractal analysis. I am doing my thesis on
multifractal analysys of medical images, and for now I have about 600 of
those pictures and there will be more.
Thank you in advance!
Sincerely

Subject: Key pressed
Hi.
In our lab we use ImageJ for many purposes, often with a macro for fast
analysis of large amounts of pictures. One of the applications is
quantitative fluorescence in situ hybridisation with gene probes. In the
macros we use the wait() function to put in a break which we can use to
make manual thresholds or in other cases to make selections before the
macro continues. I know that this can be bypassed by making multiple
macros but I would like to be able to perform my threshold and the press
enter to continue.
People complain that I stress them with the wait() function:-) so I hope
you have some suggestions for this problem.
Thank you
