Dear All,
I'm new in using ImageJ. So, can you please tell me the steps required to
get a graph showing the intensity fluorescence profiles (of both NFAT &
DAPI) in order to confirm the nuclear translocation & is there any ImageJ
pulgin that will help me to do that.
