LSM plugin

Reena Prity Murmu
Hi,
I am unable to open the LSM files in ImageJ. As suggested in the
ImageJ website, I have downloaded the LSM plugin and have dragged it
to the ImageJ folder which in MAC is saved under "applications". Now,
when I open try opening the LSM files in ImageJ it says -
" file is not  in a supported  format, a reader lugin is not
available etc. etc."

Wonder why that is happening?

Any suggestions? I m thankful for your help

best
Reena

Re: LSM plugin

Hi Reena,

As Ramon says, you can try Bio-Formats (
http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/imagej).

Or you can download Fiji (http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/) which comes with
support for many such file formats out of the box.

Actually, ImageJ works with LSM out of the box too, using the LSM Reader
plugin, so there should be no need to download anything either way.
