Hi all,
I have been using ImageJ for about a year now. I have confocal images in .lsm format, I've been able to open the .lsm files earlier but recently I have had a major problem in opening the files. I have updated ImageJ and the lsm reader. but the log reads ' input/out error'. I also get an exception msg reading that 'pixels is null' . I have tried downloading the bioformats package too. Again i get an 'i/o error' Iam not very familiar with java Please help.. Iam at my wits end!!!! Many thanks!! Grace C |
Dear Grace,
could you please share one of your lsm files, so that the error can be fixed ? Thank you. Hi Jerome, This is one the files that I have , its not a stack but even with this file it opens sometimes and then in a the next min it says the file format is not supported or pixels is null.
Hope you can help me figure out the problem best, Grace On Mon, Mar 3, 2014 at 7:19 PM, Jerome Mutterer-3 [via ImageJ] <[hidden email]> wrote: Dear Grace, 3.lsm (5M) Download Attachment |
Dear Grace,
I looked at your file with an hex editor, but this lsm file you sent is corrupted and contains no pixel data. Something must be wrong with your software saving as *.lsm files. You should try and go back to the microscope, and save from the original files again.
