Hi all,
I was wondering if I can run the particle analysis and get the perimeter length so that it excludes the image frame perimeter length. Example: In the next figure, I painted red the perimeter that I want to exclude from the results. So that the results will only show the length of the bristly "line" center of the image.
Of course I just could run excel and subtract the values manually but it's not that simple since it's a stack and there's a lot of different samples. It'd consume huge amounts of time.
Any help would be much appreciated!
