Hi,
 I am a new comer and newby on ImageJ. I am translating the documentation in french langage for my undertanding and others users latter. My first question is: Is it possible to translate the menus of Imagej  in French langage ? If yes in wich way ?

I am discovering the astronomical image processing (after using Registax) and I find out ImageJ that seems very good at my improvement.  I have followed a training with PixInsight recently. It is too much for a beginner !

If you are mainly interested in standard image processing and astronomical applications, try a spin-off of ImageJ, called “SalsaJ”, available at

        http://www.euhou.net/index.php/salsaj-software-mainmenu-9?task=view&id=7

which is available in French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Greek, Portuguese, Swedish, Northern Sami, Arabic, and Chinese versions.

Internationalization was one of the initial goals of ImageJ2, but
unfortunately we have not had time to address it. We have an issue for it
though [1]. So... someday! And as always, if anyone in the community wants
to invest the time and energy to make it happen faster, then please join us
on Gitter to discuss! [2]
