Hi,
I am a new comer and newby on ImageJ. I am translating the documentation in french langage for my undertanding and others users latter. My first question is: Is it possible to translate the menus of Imagej in French langage ? If yes in wich way ? I am discovering the astronomical image processing (after using Registax) and I find out ImageJ that seems very good at my improvement. I have followed a training with PixInsight recently. It is too much for a beginner ! Thank you for your help. -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
If you are mainly interested in standard image processing and astronomical applications, try a spin-off of ImageJ, called “SalsaJ”, available at
http://www.euhou.net/index.php/salsaj-software-mainmenu-9?task=view&id=7 which is available in French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Greek, Portuguese, Swedish, Northern Sami, Arabic, and Chinese versions. Hi Robert,
> Is it possible to translate the menus of Imagej in French langage ? Internationalization was one of the initial goals of ImageJ2, but unfortunately we have not had time to address it. We have an issue for it though [1]. So... someday! And as always, if anyone in the community wants to invest the time and energy to make it happen faster, then please join us on Gitter to discuss!
