That plugin appears to be pure Java, which means it is platform
independent. I.e.: there is no such thing as "32-bit" and "64-bit"
compilations of Java code.
What made you think it was 32-bit? When you click the status bar of your
ImageJ, does it tell you it's running in 32-bit mode, or 64-bit mode?
