I have attempted to save images in a stack as a seuqence using the "File>Save As>Image Sequence...", however, although processing appears to occur, images are not saved. I have tried using 64bit ImageJ and ImageJ running on MacOSX 10.5.5 with no sucess. I have also attempted to use diffrent image format within the "File>Save As>Image Sequence..." with no sucess. A search of my hard drive failed to find the appropriatelly named files suggesting the images are not saved in another directory. In addition, normal saving of a single slice stack works. Could someone ssuggest a solution?

I just upgraded to IJ 1.42a and tried this on my Mac with 1 GB RAM with no problems.
Mac OS X 10.5.5 and Java 1.5.0_16. I just opened File -> Open Samples -> MRI Stack, and saved the 8 bit stack as TIFF's. Can you do that? If so, what kind of images do you have and what format were you trying to save? -- Harry Parker Senior Imaging Systems Engineer Digital Imaging Systems, Inc. ----- Original Message ---- From: M.M. <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Sunday, November 9, 2008 10:30:11 AM Subject: MacOSX 10.5.5 ImageJ 1.42a, "File>Save As>Image Sequence..." fails to save images? Does your ImageJ exhibit any other unusual behavior?
Which version of Java do you have installed? One thing to try: Turn on debug mode (in Edit->Options->Misc...), then open the MRI stack as before and try saving the image sequence to your desktop. Save your log file and compare it to the one I'm enclosing. Maybe something will then be obvious to you. -- Harry Parker Senior Imaging Systems Engineer Digital Imaging Systems, Inc. ----- Original Message ---- From: M.M. <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Sunday, November 9, 2008 10:20:47 PM Subject: Re: MacOSX 10.5.5 ImageJ 1.42a, "File>Save As>Image Sequence..." fails to save images?
