Macro for ROI on multiple images

Dear All I am trying to crop a region of interest  (ROI) on multiple images and measure their  grey scale values respectively. Can someone kindly assist on I how  I could create a simple macro which can crop a ROI  (in form of a rectangle) on multiple images and measure the grey scale values for each selected area on each image.   Regards Godfrey
