Macro to load certain channel

Petro
Hi.
I have a tif fime with XY T series. It is huge. So I load only one channel
with one space point time serie at once.
Is there any way to do it with macro?
So I open file, select channel 1 to load, save as separate file close.
And like this for each channel?
I cannot load all channels all and then  save oan by one. My computer
chockes on it.
Thanks.
Petro.

Open as virtual stack then duplicate just the channel you want.

The Bio-Formats plugin will allow you to crop the dataset by selecting channel, time, or limiting range of images from the stack.
the plugin is scriptable, use the macro recorder to gather the parameters.
