Macro

Hi everyone,

I am new to the ImageJ and the list.  I do not know anything about
programming but, I'd like to learn about using Macros and perhaps
writing some Plugins in the future.  After some readings, I realize that
reading is not a best way for me.  Therefore, I'd like to post one
question at a time and begin from perhaps a Macro that I might receive.
So, thank you in advance for your help.

The task is to repeat the Plot Profile function under the Analyze tab
four times through four colors (stacks) based on a line selection.  The
four colors stacks are in LSM format, and they can be opened directly in
ImageJ.
