Making DICOM window on TOP in web browser

Hi all,
I am using DICOM plugin to show the DICOM files in my web application.
Using DICOM plugin, always open the DICOM image in new window which does
not remains on top as when I do some operations like ZOOM, INVERT on that
DICOM image.

Does anybody have an idea how to make the new opened window with DICOM
image ON TOP ( in  windows )?

Another problem I have is I always get Out of Memory error for large DICOM
files in browser. Is there any way to resolve this problem i.e. any
configruation in Image J or in Browser (mozilla)?

Please help.
