Mathew Warfel Fractal Analysis Macros

Dear colleagues, I'm finding the fractal analysis macros developed by
Mathew Warfel, which allows to obtain the fractal dimensions of particles
perimeters by means of dilation method. Do you know where I can find this
software? I tried to contact directly the author without success! I hope
that someone of this list could help me to obtain information about:
1) Sites from which download the Warfel's macros
2) Mathew Warfel e-mail or address
3) Information about other similar programs
