Is there a method via Matlab to use roiManager("Show All");?
I am gathering data from several hundred images and processing it in Matlab.
My ROI are defined and it all works however I want to show them on my
original image so I can flatten and save it. This will allow me to cross
reference my results if I need to.
I expect I am looking at a syntax issue, my alternative plan is to call a
macro in image j from matlab but that seems to be very clumsy way of doing
it.
