Hi,
I'm new in using ImageJ and would need some of your advices.
I have hundreds of pictures (attached) with vesicles, some are filled with green and some are not. The outside is always green. For each picture I would need to select 3 points (lines) of backround fluorescence intensity and then for each vesicle to calculate the intensity inside vesicle relative to background (in percent). At the same time I would need the size of the vesicle.
I was thinking to first set size scale for each picture and then use ROI manager to get length and intensity for each vesicle. I was searching for similar macros that would do that, but haven't found any. Has somebody ever used something similar?
Thank you for your help in advanced!
Best regards
Sasa
