Hello everyone!
I am trying to calculate the volume of an ROI in a portable gray map (.pgm) file in Fiji. My problem is that although I can easily measure the area of the ROI using the measure tool, I can’t find a way to sum the gray values and calculate a volume.
Is there a simple way to get a sum of gray values in an ROI? Or, even better, to get the volume of an ROI using the gray values as “z” values?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Note that I am not very familiar with Java, so a solution in Fiji with a GUI would be best, although I don’t mind if I have to plug in a couple lines of code.
