Measure Stack plugin modify ROIs

alejo-4
Hi, I'm using ImageJ 1.37d in conjunction with  "Measure Stack" plug in
from Optinav  to measure cranial volume from CT stacks. The problem is
when I click on "Review Areas" or "Measure" button in the plug in
window, the ROIs that previously I had selected all changed, in position
and in size, resulting in a incorrect volume. Every time I click in the
Measeure or Review Areas button, the ROIs are modified. Some became red
lined where were yellow before.?¿
Some tip or help?

Thanks a lot in advance

Serial port communication parameters

Weller Andrew Francis
Dear all,

I am currently using the 'IJSerial v1.0b' plugin for serial port control of a
microscope from http://mitel.dimi.uniud.it/eslide/sw.php. (Thanks for that!)

I am a little lost as to how to setup the parameters given in
'initDevice.properties'. According to the microscope 'serial interface
manual', it should be setup with the following specifications:

In-/Output level: +/- 3...12V
In-/Output serial resistance: 221 Ohm
Hardware handshake: RTS/CTS
(An internal bridge between DTR and DSR is necessary which is already built
in in the factory.)
Baud rate: 9600
Data format: 1 start bit
                                                8 data bits
                                                1 stop bit
(Full duplex possible.)

What does this mean I put into the 'initDevice.properties' file?

Many thanks, Andy

Re: Measure Stack plugin modify ROIs

Alejo,

I just tried Measure Stack with ImageJ 1.37c, and it appears to work as
expected.  As usual, it creates interpolated red ROIs on slices in
between slices that the user has drawn yellow ROIs on.  This is an
effort to save labor by not having make ROIs on all of the slices.  I
don't see yellow ROIs moving or turning red.  Is there a particular
situation that makes this happen?
