Hi Justin,
Peter van Loon has just recommended your plugin Analyse Stripes through the ImageJ listserver.
It looks really useful and may be the answer for someone I have been trying to assist recently.
I just have a question for you with regard to the line width value. Is it possible to get a list of values for the line width together with standard deviation as well as the average value that's reported with the macro? Presumably this is calculated in order to get the average width but just not reported in the log.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Jacqui
