Measure of intersection Angle

Hi Dear All,

Is there a way to measure the angle formed by two intersecting lines ?

I was about to skeletonize the image. Use Gabrile Landini's Binary
connectivity to get the coordinate of the crossing...
Duplicate a Roi around. And then ????

I would be grateful for any idea !!!!!
